Serving its objective of helping children experience the exhilaration and joy of learning, SOAR provides a wealth of diverse and challenging activities for SCS children of all ages. The thrill of learning is enhanced through shared activities and mutual discovery.  Building on that strength, SOAR invites members of our community to join us in a true celebration of knowledge by participating in our first SOAR Bowl!  Teams of 4, consisting of students in grades 3 up through adults are invited to take part in a game that encourages children and adults to share their unique reserves of knowledge in a fun-filled competition. SOAR offers after school workshops for students in first through eighth grade. SOAR strives to offer programs that stimulate creativity in students and expand their opportunities while providing an environment that enables each student to discover his or her talents and interests. SOAR is sponsored by the Salisbury Central School Educational Enrichment Fund (SCSEEF), which is a fund of the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation (BTCF). SOAR is always looking for new ideas and instructors to provide stimulating and creative courses for students ranging in grades from first through 8th grade. That could be you!
