Hotchkiss SchoolHotchkiss is a private, boarding school in Lakeville, Connecticut. Some of the students are day students. Maria Harrison Bissel Hotchkiss founded Hotchkiss School in 1891. The school was built to try to help the kids get into Yale University. There are ten dormitories on the campus. There are not a lot of vacations. The headmaster lives by the lake. The school teaches a lot of languages. There are 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders at Hotchkiss School. There is a winter carnival and an upper mid carnival.
